      • Vision

      • We embrace a vision of a harmonious people and planet.

Our team envisions an inclusive world in which all people have access to opportunities and resources, and lead peaceful, self-determined lives free from discrimination. People see and treat one another with kindness and respect the beauty of our sacred and living planet.

      • Mission

      • Our mission is to stand in solidarity and share our resources with community leaders and non-profit institutions striving to lift up their societies and nourish their environment.

Communities have institutions and grassroots movements led by its members that are striving to respond to the unique challenges and context of their community. These community-driven initiatives and movements require the resources and autonomy that have too often historically been out of their reach. By investing in these capable institutions and leaders, we hope to catalyze them to launch, lead, own and expand solutions that heal and uplift people, nourish the natural environment and restore community vibrancy.

We have an invitation only grant making process.

    • What We Do

    • We focus the majority of our annual funding on non-profit organizations working at the intersections of:

      • Child & Youth Wellbeing
      • Equity, Inclusion & Justice
      • Health & Wellness
      • Education
      • Arts & Culture

Our work goes beyond funding – we seize every opportunity to build bridges across our grantee community and amplify their efforts and impact. Each year, we host gatherings for grantee partners in Florida to allow for in-person community building and mutual support.  As a need emerges, we co-create – or build momentum around – important partner events that center their missions and the communities they serve.

    • Who We Serve

    • We work alongside the following partners in Florida, and other locations, as needs emerge within our focus areas:

      • Grassroots organizations and non-profit leaders driving systemic change
      • Community institutions providing essential services and advocacy
      • Initiatives uplifting underrepresented and historically marginalized communities
      • Organizations responding to immediate crises and long-term social challenges
      • Programs fostering equity, opportunity, and creative expression
    • Board of Directors

    • Our foundation’s strength lies in the decades of unique lived and professional experiences that our board of directors weaves together. Spanning a wide range of identities, lives and careers, our board members are a dynamic collective committed to sharing their talent and time in support of our community of non-profit leaders and teams.

Our board shows up with a sense of urgency and uplifts — alongside these non-profit leaders — a shared vision of a harmonious people and planet.
